Praying the Gospel: Recognize Sin Repent and Turn Believe in Jesus Trust His Sacrifice Confess Him as  Lord Receive Forgiveness Surrender Your Life Walk in New Life

God, we thank You for this day and this incredible gathering of people. Lord, we know that in the midst of sports, excitement, and celebration, there’s something every heart is searching for—purpose, love, and hope that lasts. And God, that hope is only found in You.

The truth is, every one of us has fallen short. We’ve sinned, we’ve missed the mark, and sin separates us from You. But You didn’t leave us there. You loved us so much that You sent Jesus—fully God and fully man—who lived a perfect life we couldn’t live. He went to the cross and died for our sins, taking our punishment, and three days later, He rose from the grave, defeating death forever.

And now, through Jesus, there is hope. There is forgiveness. There is new life. Not because we earn it, but because Jesus already paid the price. The Bible says that if we repent—turn from our sins—and believe in Jesus, confessing Him as Lord, we will be saved.

God, we pray today that if anyone here is feeling lost, burdened, or searching for meaning, they would know that Jesus is the answer. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. He offers not just a better life now, but eternal life forever.

If that’s you today, it’s as simple as praying, ‘Jesus, I believe You died for me. I turn from my sin. I trust You as my Savior and I give You my life.’

God, thank You for Your love, for sending Jesus, and for the promise of new life. We pray that You would open hearts today and show people that real victory is found in Christ. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
